「Great staff who were amazing with my 1 year old. Beautiful grounds and the patio area outside the room was lovely and gave us some free time whilst baby slept. The bar food and breakfast was excellent and the restarting on the 2nd evening was equally has good. Thank you!!」

「Parking is tricky, but we found a free parking lot close by. Check-in was easy and Livia was a gem full of helpful tips and resources. Check out - the front desk guy wasn’t very helpful. We paid the city tax in cash and wanted our change in coins - just a few coins to use in town- very much needed in Italy and he wasn’t willing to provide coins or even break a ten. He offered no assistance. Overall the room, spa and property is nice. No restaurant during off season, but the breakfast provided...

「・朝食が最悪。ここの朝食で酷い下痢になった。シリアルくらいしか食べれるものがない。 ・ホテルオーナーが朝食には全く手間を掛けない意向が強く感じられ、ホテルで加工したものは何一つない。特に、ハムは、科学的な変な味がしていて鮮度が悪く食べれたものではない。パンもいつのものなのか分からない。 ・ドライヤーはこわれていて、ガムテープで固定しているがきちんと機能しない。 ・ボティタオルがゴワゴワしていて、ハンドタオルは布巾のような材質。」

「Wide window on Breakfast time (7-11) yet selection and restocking fell off a cliff after 9.30. Staffing levels seemed low and not overly motivated. 」

「ヴェッキオ橋やピティ宮殿近くで、眺めの良いホテルでした。チェックインから係の方はすごく親切で、バスタブがホテルのお部屋紹介で出てきていたので、バスタブアリかと思いきや、シャワーのみのお部屋で、変更をお願いしたら快く受け入れていただけました。 両親の部屋はリバービューにしましたが、とても良かったです。 お部屋の清掃も、連泊でしたがしっかりして頂けて、アメニティも十分でした。 川向かいのレストラン、Roof Top Bar、ホテル1Fのビストロと両親が足が悪くホテル内で食事は完結させましたが、十分でした。特にホテルで食べたトリュフのリゾットは絶品で、ワインのチョイスも良かったと思います。 みなさんに親切にしていただき、また再訪したいホテルの一つとなりました。」
