I wanna thank the amazing staff, they were all super nice and attentive , the Hotel is AMAZING, it makes you feel like you are home, the view is just out of this world. I would without a doubt stay there every time visiting San Geminiano. PS: Parking was easy and Breakfast was 5 stars..

Just a one day stay, early September. Nice clean hotel, good dinner, excellent breakfast, nice swimming pool. The location is ideal for visiting the historic centre and is just a very short walk away, but has the benifit of its own car park. All the staff were polite and accommodating would definitely recommend.

Our stay was wonderful, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel has great amenities that were a real standout during our stay, we loved the pool and the breakfast was delicious with extensive options. The grounds are well maintained and it was very enjoyable to sit around and take in the beautiful views and atmosphere. A must stay!

We were very happy with our experience in Tuscany... however, found it very difficult to get a taxi. One super kind lady at front desk with light hair helped us,... she called around until she could get us one.. then reserved it for us 2 days out. That was really the only issue... The poolside was so lovely and the breakfast each day AMAZING!!!!!!! Cant say enough. would love to stay there again!.. Helen Heyes

We loved it! The property is beautiful, the staff are wonderful, and the breakfast was probably the best we have ever seen in Italy. So many choices. It’s an easy uphill walk to the center and it takes only 10 minutes.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The breakfast, location- view from our room we couldn’t ask for more. The staff were awesome they did everything I even questioned if they ever went home - they work very hard and do many different duties. I would stay here again in a minute.

I highly recommend avoiding this hotel. While the balcony offers a stunning view, it’s larger than the room itself, which is so cramped that it’s impossible to open a suitcase without feeling claustrophobic. The bed was incredibly hard—like sleeping on a rock—resulting in back pain and headaches that made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not worth the price. Save your money and find a more comfortable place to stay! Breakfast was ok.

The views from the property were beautiful. There is a restaurant on site but we only had breakfast there and ate out the other evenings. We were there for 3 nights. It is about a 8 minute walk to the town center. The wifi was steong.

The hotel is well located near the city, has a gorgeous view and it is very quiet place during night. The pool Needs better care and to be heated, it is too cold in April, the garden needs a better maintenance and the service staff restaurant needs a more polite supervisor Asap.
