Amazing property in the old castle. Beautiful rooms, nice, airy and spacious. Great location in town, close to many restaurants and shops. Has beautiful views, great pool and friendly staff. Breakfast could have been better, but overall was not bad. Would stay there again.

Generally the rooms were clean. Breakfast offered a wide selection of items including meats, cheeses, salads, and sweets. The eggs were not good and did not offer option for fried/ specially made eggs. Staff was friendly and quick to get you you coffee or anything you wanted. I do feel the the way the rooms are represented on line are a misrepresentation of what the rooms really look like. They are not as modern as you might believe and while the are clean they are not as pristine as represented and are in need of upgrades/renovation. It is a pleasant enough hotel, just was expecting more from a 4 star hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for the massages and Turkish spa which were enjoyable. It is a modern hotel with easy free parking and a wide variety of food at the free breakfast buffet. The pool area was relaxing. Several restaurants are within 10-15 minute walking distance.

This property was excellent!!! Great parking, beautiful pool and outdoor area. Best breakfast of our stay in a nice bright room. The spa was included in our room and was a very nice treat!!! Our room was also lovey!! The area is perfect, a nice quiet retreat, not as touristy as other places. We only wished we had booked for longer!!! Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!!

The Perfect place

We loved our stay at Hotel Palazzo San Lorenzo. We needed somewhere to relax for a while as we are in the midst of our travels. It was a very comfortable Hotel. The room as large, a good location that we could see the local sights or just hang around Colle di Val d'Elsa, the pool was great as was breakfast. Parking was easy and safe and didn't cost extra.

Staff was friendly although didn’t offer much in the way of helpful advice or suggestions .Room was quite modern and clean. Breakfast was mediocre and some details were lacking: Many of the “clean” plates at the breakfast buffet were dirty with stuck-on food. Town had very limited things to see and do. There were a couple good dining options, but not many during early season.

Fantastic stay at this very relaxing hotel. The spa was amazing and relaxing for our family if 4 Also, there was ample breakfast selections and the pool area was beautifully done. We enjoyed a long leisurely dinner beside the pool area as well. Walking around the town surrounding the hotel was interesting and beautiful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I would definitely recommend staying at this unique hotel in such a quaint area. Nice to have quiet area y in relax in after a long road trip.

A massage at the hotel was lovely. I would highly recommend. I thought the pool and saunas were accessible but it was a separate fee to access. I was happy to pay for spa services and my massage was really amazing. There wasn’t food services which was a little inconvenient for me as I had a very short visit. That was my only other concern.

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage in der Altstadt. Tagsüber ist es in dem Dorf total ruhig und es gibt nichts zum einkaufen. Parkplätze am Hotel sind sehr begrenzt.
