Nice location but outdated and in need of massive

Good location, nice staff but worn down hotel. This is far from a tre star hotell, massive upgrades are needed to get this back on track. It’s a pitty, because the location is superb.

Lovely old hotel in gorgeous location currently undergoing upgrades… the only issue we suffered was lack of water pressure in the shower (in the morning when there was high demand!) which made temperature control challenging.

Für uns war’s nur ein Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht und somit OK. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Parkplätze gibts direkt vor dem Hotel nur für ca. 5 Autos. Unser Zimmer war für 4 Personen groß genug, die Betten OK, das Bad OK. Sehr hellhörig! Frühstück typisch für Italien. Schinken, Käse, Marmelade, Nutella, Honig, Croissant, Brötchen, Kuchen, guter Kaffee. Fazit: für uns als Zwischenstopp Ok, Urlaub würde ich nicht dort verbringen.

Struttura che necessita urgentemente di rinnovamento. Personale ok, la buona volontà c'è, sono gentili. La struttura invece ha decisamente visto tempi migliori, non sembra aver visto lavori di rinnovo da almeno 40 anni... In più c'era su metà facciata (e sul balcone della mia camera, che era in quella metà...) un'impalcatura che da professionista della sicurezza non esito a definire imbarazzante, fatta con tubi innocenti e tavole di legno come 40 anni fa appunto. Il palazzo meriterebe decisamente di essere rinnovato e riportato agli antichi fasti, ma così com'è ora non ci siamo. Francamente persino da un tre stelle per una notte a 200€ mi aspettavo decisamente di più. Purtroppo i prezzi erano saliti OVUNQUE a livelli assurdi lungo la costa ligure dato il weekend di 4 giorni per il ponte del 2 giugno.

El hotel es horrible. La habitación a parte de muy antigua, poco cuidada. TV no funcionaba AC no se podía regular. El baño pequeño muy pequeño, la persona un poco gruesa no cabría en la ducha.

Négatif Hôtel en travaux du coup vue mer difficile voir impossible Parking inexistant 6 places pas plus Odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain Femmes de chambres qui font les chambres à partir de 8h en pensants qu’elles sont seules Positif petit déjeuné bien personnel de salle agréable Pourras être sûrement mieux quand travaux fini et en basse saison
