"The hotel was so comfortable, welcoming and had all the desired amenities. We used the sauna which was really lovely addition to our stay and enjoyed the hotel shop too. It was in a peaceful area and the staff were always on hand to answer any questions and offer refreshments. We had seen a couple of negative reviews for this property prior to staying but our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Looking forward to returning in the future."

"The owner was very lovely and polite, he prep matcha tea for welcoming us also offering fresh bread making in the morning for our breakfast but my family were very tired from a long day travelling and activities we did in the area, we just want to sleep in so we had to miss out on that. House was clean. The bath was the highlight for us. Just the tap in both toilets a bit hard to operate so we had to wash our hands in the bathroom instead."

" A serene, modern, and stylish place with a wonderfully cosy atmosphere. Located in a quiet area of the city yet still easily accessible to all the main attractions. The beautiful garden and surrounding grounds are perfect for peaceful morning walks, and the elegant breakfast was a lovely way to start the day. I would definitely recommend it."

"The house was amazing, great amenities including bath, washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioners on both floors. The hosts were really nice people. The place was right by a train station. An amazing Jamaican fusion ramen place right around the corner. No complaints whatsoever. The stay was perfect, would totally stay here again if I’m visiting Kyoto."
