"This is a beautiful hotel in a convenient location, a few minutes walk to the subway and a bus stop a minute away. It is also easy to walk to other areas of the city like Gion and Nishiki market. The room was quiet and comfortable. I did have a problem with the AC not being sufficient to cool the room at first but it was fixed when I brought it to the staff's attention. I also enjoyed the room amenities (pajamas, etc) and the onsen. "
