"We booked the Standard Suite for 3 People and got a nice apartment-like room with 3 double beds and one seperate bedroom. The apartment offered everything you need like a wash machine, air refreshing machine, bluetooth speaker, tv, spare pillows, storage room, a well equipped kitchen and a few more other things. The room was very clean and there is a nicely made instruction manual to help you out with all the various equipment the room offers. Would definetely book again!"

"Excellent place to stay. Very convenient to train stations and the skyline to return to Narita airport. The room itself has plenty of space for a family of four. Staff were very helpful, with a smooth check in/out process. We really enjoyed our stay here."

"The view of the volcano was immaculate every morning of my 2 night stay. Thankful for the staff for getting me a corner room on the 11th floor. Laundry was easy to use, bathtub was awesome as it also had a view of the volcano and after walking all day the sauna on the 1st floor was a great end of day treat!"
