「I was disappointed at two things.
1. There is no refrigerator in the room.
2. There was no advertisements of the hotel pick- up service(shuttle bus service) dial number near the baggage service area.
So I had to call to hotel with using my mobile.
Since our room was next to elevator, noise of elevators interrupted our sleep often.」
「We had a great stay for our 14th Wedding Anniversary! The only 2 complaint we had was the slow draining sink in the bathroom and the limited lighting in the bedroom! 」

受付の案内がやや不親切。コネクティングルームをリクエストしたら、コネクティングルームは無いとの回答も、実際はあって、予約した部屋タイプが繋がらないというだけであった。わかりにくいし、だったらHPに、コネクティングルーム可能な部屋のペアを記載してほしい。」
