Great customer service example

I gave a good rating due to the front desk personnel (Emily) exceptional customer service. Upon arrival the handicap amenities that were requested was not honored and after several attempts to correct the situation. It seemed like an endless battle, but the hotel redeemed itself and demonstrated great customer service.

I loved this hotel! My room was adorable. Like my own little one bedroom apartment. The styling was so welcoming and cozy. Staff was friendly and everything was very clean. Would def stay here again.

Room very worn, stained carpets, lots of dings and scrapes, shower handle loose, water didn't get hot until after 5 minutes in the shower, security lock loose on door frame. Check out person really didn't aeem to care. Beds were clean amd comfortable but for the price and the brand I expected better.

The hotel is a bit dated. The air conditioner is an older unit in the room and very loud. It would stop and start in the night waking me up. Also the lights in the halls and near the elevator are not very bright - it is very dim- not very safe!

Got bumped from a 2 Queen bed room to a king bed room and a fold out couch. The room smelled like cigarettes.Night stand had a hole in. Only the lobby looked nice.

This hotel has a very nice lobby. The rooms are comfortable. They needed more staff checking people in, but it was just a super busy weekend with sports teams. We would stay again.
