The room was decently clean. The breakfast was alright, nothing too crazy but they had decent options. Beds are definitely more firm than I would like but we slept okay. Staff was helpful and straightforward.

The shower was kinda gross but other than that the place was really nice. It smelled nice in the whole place and staff were very friendly at check in and check out. We stayed for a concert and they had a free shuttle to the venue which was great too!

Smoke detector in our room was without a battery (door was left open). Bathroom door latch was broken. Hotel was without hot water during our stay. Buffet breakfast was typical options, having oatmeal would have been an huge improvement. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet and clean. Probably would not stay there again.

The rooms where clean the front desk was amazing the breakfast was good but the hot water heater broke over the weekend and they couldn’t fix it until Monday. It was an awful experience. Now having a hard time getting a refund back.

Bathroom had dirty towels on the floor when we walked in to the room. Appeared that they hadn’t cleaned the bathroom at all. Staff was kind and even helped search room when my husband thought he left his backpack. However, the hotel was dirty. Would not recommend

Upon entering the property we were meet with a sewage smell. The women’s bathroom was out of order. There was dirty linen and trash left in the hallways. The room wasn’t attended to, bed unmade etc during stay. The breakfast was ok, would rate a 5. The staff was excellent. They were friendly.

We had a great stay! We were only there for one night for a concert and it was a perfect location! 22 minute walk to the amphitheater. They did have a shuttle to get there but we decided to walk there and back. Beds were comfortable and checking in was a breeze! We had zero issues! Would definitely stay again if we attend another concert at that venue.

Free shuttle to the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater was a plus. Breakfast was also a good bonus. After the concert, I suggest walking back to the hotel. The traffic is extremely congested and the walk is not to far.
