「There was a musky smell and mould in the bathroom. Not recommended at all.」

We thought the main bedding could be better with a bit more blackout curtain/blinds as the ambient lights outside were on for a longer period at night - these are some feedback for the sake of it. Has a shop (drink, food, etc), a cafeteria and a petrol station attached in a walking distance. 家族経営で始まったホテルのようですが、とてもよかったです。スタッフも親切で、朝食も十分でした。高速道路からすぐのところにあり、湖水地方訪問のために二泊しました。ガソリンスタンド、コンビニのようなお店、カフェテリアがすぐそばにあり、ドリンクやサンドイッチなども買えます。ホテルのBarではドリンクの他にハンバーガーやサンドイッチも頂くことができます。」

「The lady owner was friendly and lovely from the moment I arrived. I was made to feel very welcome and was even treated to a plate of home made biscuits. The bed was comfy and I had an amazing night's sleep. Breakfast was served at a time that was convenient to me and everything was very fresh. The bread and jam were also home made. The property is in a very quiet location and in lovely gardens and provides a great place to stay during a visit to the lake district. 」
