「This is my 2nd time staying at the Station Lodge. You can't beat the price, the location and both times I've stayed I had nice large rooms. It's literally across the street from the train station, and as this is the last stop on the train you literally don't hear any sounds from the train. AND the trailhead for the Orett trail is also literally across the street. This trail spiders out to many other trails. There are a ton of restaurants, shops, pubs and the awesome grocery store with a cafe...

「Fantastic place to stay, friendly owners, amazing views, facilities were great and we loved seeing the animals. Have already recommended it to friends and family and we will return in the summer. The Oddfellows Arms was also a great pub nearby with excellent food. 」

「ｴｼﾞﾝﾊﾞﾗからバーミンガムへの移動途中に１泊しました。M6から近く、またとても静かな周辺でもあり、1泊だけでは勿体無い。是非ここに泊まり、湖水地方やボーダー付近を観光されてはいかがでしょうか。 オーナーご夫妻はとても素敵な方で、ディナーの予約を忘れたにもかかわらず、あり合わせだよと言いながら、ステーキ、サラダを用意してくださいました。 どこのレストランでいただくよりも美味しく、お部屋は広くバスルームはメンテナンスが行き届いています。 お部屋からはお庭の大きな池がが見え、まるでモネの絵の様でした。 この宿に泊まるためだけに、必ず再訪したいと思います。」

「Large rooms on single level and a modern cabin were a welcome change from tiny cottages. The uncleaned toilet was the only negative. The trailer park was in a beautiful setting and excellent location. The facilities were good, but, the restaurant was poor.」
