「The staff were very polite and approachable. The female staff from the reception area helped me a lot with my queries and she sorted it professionally. 「My friend and I made our last stop in Essouira to conclude our 3 week birthday vacation. We were pleasantly surprised by how welcoming our host Zachariah was(my apologies if I spelled that wrong). The residence was beautiful and walking distance from everything..ie the beach, Medina, restaurants, bus depots etc. The terrace of the hotel had the most amazing view. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting essouira, as well I would stay here again.」

"客室やホテル設備はやや古いが、清潔だった。朝食担当のスタッフはスーパーフレンドリーで、受付もいつも笑顔で対応いただいた。部屋にはヘアドライヤーがなく、フロントに問い合わせても置いていないとのこと。冷蔵庫や金庫などの設備もなく、シャワーカーテンもないためシャワーを浴びると水浸しになる。それらを差し引けば、とても良い滞在だった。ありがとう。"
