THIS WAS AWESOME, GREAT STAFF, SUPER FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL MANAGER ON SITE DAILY. A QUIET WELL MAINTAINED AND TRULY CARED ABOUT 11 UNIT MOTEL ON THE OCEAN. VERY CLEAN, LARGE ROOMS, GREAT BED!! COOKING FRESH FISH ON THE NICE PROVIDED GAS GRILLS WAS INCREDIBLE.. AWESOME VIEWS, LOTS OF TROPICAL FOLIAGE AND WILDLIFE SURROUNDS. I WILL GO BACK AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.. FIREPITS LIT UP THE SCENE AS THE SUN SET. AWESOME..MISS IT !! FREE KAYAKS FOR GUESTS..

This was so nice and relaxing. Everyone was very nice and the place was clean every where. Perfect place to relax and just put your phone down and enjoy. I wish the beach access was a little more than what they had to offer, that is the only downside.

This property is the cleanest resort style property and hotel I’ve stayed at in years. My wife and I typically travel utilizing our timeshare or Marriott but only needed a night so we could escape S Florida hustle and bustle. Found this quaint little hotel fir a excellent deal and boy was it tremendous. Remodeled units with big fridge and stylish furnishings. Did I say clean and sanitized by super hard working staff. Great big property with boat docks and launch and amazing fun full size...

It was very frustrating that during our cumulative total of eight days stay, seven nights, the housekeeping plan was to only clean our room one time and it was on the seventh night. When we asked about this three days in, they said OK we can probably fit in one cleaning for you midway through your stay but that will be the only one, if you desire any additional cleanings that will be $150 each. When they cleaned the room, I would hardly call it clean. That was a little bit frustrating. Beyond...

Nice place to stay in Marathon, very calm and clean. When listed it was showing parking was free but when we get there it was $10 per night. Is not bad my only comment is updated your parking info on Expedia website :)

Relaxing and quiet

The property is in a great location and has good amenities like pool and if you stay free kayaking, paddle board and bicycles the only probrem i has was the parking because is not assigned and if you arrive late you have to park far away and carrier everything to the room

Absolutely loved our stay! We rented a two story, two bedroom villa that exceeded our expectations. Having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer for a nice treat on a family trip. The villa was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The beach and swimming area were amazing. We were able to snorkel and see tropical fish! Can’t wait to come back for another stay!

We had a great spring break trip! It’s hard to find a hotel that will accommodate a family of 6 without having to get two rooms. The room was fresh and updated. Staff was super friendly. My kids loved the different options for pools. I recommend the mai tai from the bar!

Great stay , very convenient for trailering boat , and putting in and out of water. Stayed at room with kitchen and boat right outside in canal. They have hose right on dock to rinse boat. Staff very helpful!

Great stay!

It’s a cute little community. Is has a nice tiki bar and a food truck on site. We got food and ate outside bedside the tiki bar. The cottage is spacious and cozy. Very clean.

Awesome place, love it! Old school Florida Keys remains on Conch Key. Great view of the bay. Bill at the office was excellent, got us everything we needed to cook ourselves dinner on the grill of lobsters bought fresh from the fisherman a few doors down from the hotel. We will definitely be back.

The staff especially Pam and Sam were very accommodating. I highly recommend Keys Caribbean.

I loved this place. Extremely clean and only an hour away from key west. It's a small place but very comfortable and the cheapest in all of marathon. Sombrero beach was 5 minutes away and the award winning beach called Bahia Honda Beach was only 15 minutes away. If you're looking to be pampered and you're into vanity then this isn't the place for you. The manager was very helpful with all the local places so if you have questions don't hesitate to ask. I will be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! H-keeping was reliable in regards to linens/towels but a bit inconsistent when refreshing room amenities (coffee cups, etc).
