I had a room at the back on a high floor & traffic noise was really loud during the day but thankfully it went to almost 0 after dark so I slept ok. Quiet, peaceful, calm and welcoming inside, and 10 mins walk from the old town centre / Jonker St etc. We had a Premier room - very spacious and comfortable. Only thing was that the room is a bit deprived of natural light during the day as overlooking the inner courtyard, but we weren't in there much during the day anyway, and there are lots of nice communal areas to lounge around.
