Apartments in Madrid for Rent

"It’s in the neighbourhood with no restaurants or shops around the area so you’re in the middle of nowhere. Had a few issues but overall they were resolved. The bed was extremely comfortable. Love the bed."

"Nice room and amenities for the price! I would stay there again!"

"Great location near Santiago Bernabéu with very nice city views. The apartment is quite small and, in our opinion, better suited for two people. The air conditioning could be more effective during warmer days, and the bed and pillows could be more comfortable. Overall, a good stay in an excellent location."

"Excellent!!"

"Bien"

"Outdated, damaged, poor cleaning multiple hazardous damaged areas, not suitable for children. Broken sockets, cracked plates, dirty/damaged crockery stains on bedding and pillows, the list is endless."

"Host was friendly the property while being a little small was ideal for 4 people with small amount of luggage"

"Very nice place to stay."

"A great place to stay with family. Warm and cozy . I highly recommend"

"Do NOT be fooled by the A/C listed in the amenities, it is completely useless to you as a guest. The apartment uses a centralized system controlled entirely by building management, meaning you have zero ability to adjust it yourself. When we arrived, the temperature inside was a sweltering 28°C (84°F) with the HEATING on. In the middle of summer. We had no way to turn on the A/C, no way to cool the space down, and when I complained, the host offered absolutely no solution whatsoever. This is...

"Comfortable accommodations near the stadium"

"Super flexible with check in and very good location. Very friendly hosts, and they have the essentials for a lengthy stay. "

"The unit was clean and had all the conveniences we needed. The communication with rental was terrible, I emailed them 3-4 different times to the addresses listed during and after the rental. I rented on VRBO but another company handled the booking and possibly a third company manages it locally. No one responded. I tried to change my rental dates before the deadline to change it and no one responded so I spent a lot more than I planned and left the unit empty for days without recourse. "

"The property location is convenient if you work the Metro. Very close to Colombia Metro station, el Mercado de Chamartín y La Terraza del abuelo. 15 minutes from Bernabeu stadium. Couple of other bars and Aldi around the corner. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Towels and linens a bit rough. Communication with owner was great. We stayed twice. Value for the property was very good."
