"Staff was wonderful. I get nervous taking trains and I had to get to airport. Mehdi went above and beyond to calm my nerves. Eventually we decided that taking a cab would be better for me, so he actually walked with me to get me into a cab which took credit cards (some don’t). Thank you Mehdi!!!!"

Also the HVAC in the room was pre set not to go below 24C and the room fan did not operate consistently for the week which I believe was an electrical wiring issue. "We really like this hotel. It was within walking distance to the sights of London. There was some quirkiness about the hotel. Firstly the fire-door down the hall would announce the comings and goings or hotel guests with a bang, at all hours of the night which didn't help us sleep.
