"Microwave broke on Christmas Day. Offer was made to replace it but holiday interfered with finding a suitable time prior to my departure so I used the cooktop to heat my food for the last three days of my stay. The cleaning person was very kind and helpful. That was my second stay at Concept Apartments and I will definitely stay there again if I am in London in the future. Highly recommend these apartments. "The location was good, there were no towels and personal items left out eg hosts flip flops in the shower. The host was helpful with check in but appeared reluctant with information regarding g using facilities on boat eg the oven The interior of the boat did not feel clean. Maybe we were just unlucky but I would not stay again and probably wouldn’t recommend. There is probably something better out there for this money "

"Hotel is in great location.The room could have been cleaner, there was visible dust on surfaces and the bathroom could have been cleaner. "

"Generally good after a very slow queue for check-in (20 minutes). Friendly and attentive staff (although not quite enough of them?). Food great and cocktail bar fine. One of the main lobby lifts kept malfunctioning- nobody on had to fix it? - so there were some long waits there too (minimum 5 minutes at some times). "

"The room and the staff were excellent as was the breakfast with only some confusion about what type of fried egg was required and the subsequent time taken mean that had almost eaten half of rest before meal came. This is obviously a very minor point but it would be good to streamline the process a bit. I would both recommend and stay again in a heartbeat given the quality and location."
