First, this 35 room hotel has been entirely restored to its original Art Deco form, including cork floors in the room, beautiful marquetry floors in the lobby, elegant furniture and art work in the lobby and bar. Also the sleek, elegant Art Deco door handles (that are beautiful but not so easily grasped).
There is a spectacular breakfast every morning, including traditional Portuguese staples like sardines in olive oil...

The manager went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The apartments are beautifully decorated & absolutely spotlessly clean! There is not one negative thing to say about this property. We liked it so much that we look forward to returning for a longer stay. Perfect in every way!

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Very clean and well-maintained. This stuff is very nice and helpful. Restaurant is great for breakfast and OK for dinner. The only minus is that the check in is at 3 PM which may be difficult for people arriving in the morning.

I was especially impressed with the room window closures and the ability to nearly completely darken...
