The property is conveniently located near a train station and on one of Lisbon's main streets. We are a family of three adults and we were upgraded to a mini suite which was a welcome surprise. Great staff very friendly and helpful. If there was an issue, they immediately fix and sort the problems. Very attentive and offering travel plans if needed. The breakfast buffet was tasty and a good variety as it introduce some Portuguese dishes. The room was spacious, cleaned promptly every day when allowed.
