Was amazed about the easy check in, as well as the offering of breakfast when arrived while waiting for the room to get ready. Staff was super friendly and professional in all aspects of our visit. Centrally located you can more or less walk anywhere in central Lisbon.
This is a Art Deco hotel so if you appreciate the design of lost times this is the place to stay. Breakfast served daily until 12 is also a nice addition to the service.
Great hotel in a great location. No eat-in dining except for afternoon tea and bar. However the complimentary breakfast made up for it. Staff was truly superb. When I hopefully return to Lisbon I will stay there.
A truly wonderful stay. The staff are exceptional and the hotel is spotlessly clean.
Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice to start the day right. The bed was super comfortable and made it easy to relax after a long day exploring.
The location is great and everything felt easy and welcoming from start to finish. It really made the whole trip even better.
Will be back to Lisbon and would definitely stay here again.
This is a wonderful place to stay with old world charm and exceptional service
I’ve stayed there on several occasions
The location is perfect to wonder into Lisbon, also 2 min stroll to the metro
Had such a great stay here! Huge thanks to the staff and management for such a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. Everyone was genuinely friendly and always happy to help with anything.
We were even checked in early at no extra charge, which was a really nice touch after travelling.
The complimentary bottled water and port wine were a lovely surprise too.
Location is spot on, couldn’t have asked for better.
Overall just a superb experience. It honestly makes me want to come back to Lisbon again and this will definitely be my first choice to stay… unless it somehow becomes way too expensive!
Highly recommend.
This hotel and staff are a total delight. It is beautiful, cozy and over the top with kind, service-oriented staff. We LOVED the breakfasts, the cozy "library" bar, the port in our room in a decanter, the incredible staff at the desk recommending restaurants, making reservations and helping with the daily plan for sightseeing. I'd go back to this hotel in a heartbeat! Thank you!
Beautiful hotel! Our room was spotless and much larger than I had expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their buffet breakfast was ample and tasty…
They recommended Bardo’s restaurant and it was so good we ate there twice!
Everything was wonderful and each staff member we interacted with was fantastic. We loved the history of the hotel and the size of the room was incredible.
We had a fantastic stay. Our room with two terraces was spectacular. The light and outdoor space in the heart of the city was so special it made us not want to leave the hotel! The location was close to the heart of the shopping area and we walked to lunches and dinners almost everyday. The staff was superb. Always greeting us with a smile and happily answering all of our tourist questions. They even substituted the bottle of wine with a wonderful fruit assortment for us non-drinkers. A very nice touch indeed. Classy operation from top to bottom, without any hint of pretense or stuffiness. We can’t wait to return.
