Nao indico. Reservei sete dias. Paguei antecipado. Avisei que chegaria após o horário de checkin. Combinamos uma tarifa extra de 100 euros por essa razão. Quando cheguei, não estavam lá para me receber. Era noite de natal. Perdi uma comemoração. Tive que procurar um hotel às pressas. No dia seguinte não estavam lá no horário normal do checkin para me receber. Tive que procurar outro hotel para os demais dias. Nada de satisfação nem de devolução do dinheiro.

예약 시 월을 잘못 지정해서 수정을 요청하였으나 들어주지 않았다. 이건 원리원칙대로 하는 것이 아니라 고객을 무시하는 것이라고 밖에는 이해되지 않는다. 잠재적 고객을 이런 식으로 대해도 되는 것인지? 매우 불쾌한 경험.

Would not recommend

I would not recommend staying here. Delays meant we Arrived late (2am). On arrival the manager started shouting at us and told us we could not stay. We were kicked out on the streets with no where to stay. Not once did the manager ask if we were OK or have any empathy as to why we were delayed. She offered a 10e refund and tried to get us to cancel our stay as she didn't want the bad review.

Chambre familiale avec 5 lits. Petit balcon donnant sur la rue avec table pour 2. Personnel très accueillant. Salle de bain très petite privative mais il faut traverser le couloir. Porte fenêtre ne fermant pas très bien.donc on entend le bruit de la rue très passagère. Proche de tout métro et de jolis jardins. Mais à pied loin du quartier historique. Cuisine commune à disposition. Je trouve le prix un peu élevé pour une famille de 5 dans une auberge de jeunesse.

I had requested for a late check in and early check out... The host "Martha" was excellent and offered full support. I checked in after midnight and she came across pleasant and polite and offered complete support. Surely this has been my best experience so far when staying away from home.

Overall I had a great stay in the hostel! I very much enjoyed my time there. This was due in great part to one of the staff members, Aidan, who was extremely helpful! He would consistently go above and beyond expectations to give me helpful advice on the area, and make sure my stay was absolutely perfect. It wouldn't have been the same without him. The facilities felt a bit cramped, and that's easy to deal with especially on shorter stays. Other than that, all was good! Great location too. 20/25 minute walk to the downtown city center, or metro nearby. The metro station that runs to and from the airport is only a 5 minute walk away, and the one to downtown is closer.
