Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great as the Metro will take you from the Airport to within 100 metres from the front door of this hotel. Location is great in that you can walk to many of Lisbons top attractions.

Great location and friendly staff. If you arrive early or depart later, you can ask them to hold your luggage. The location is excellent; however, due to construction on the nearby road, taxis were unable to drop us off directly in front of the hotel.

First off, special thanks to the staff who were incredibly kind to adjust our reservation due to our flight cancellation when we were hit with the blizzard on the east coast. Our room were was very modern and clean and their breakfast was delicious. The hotel was very close to major attractions, shopping area and the metro station. We would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a place to stay at Lisbon, we would definitely recommend Ferraria XVI FLH Hotel.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Walking distance to a lot of sightseeing. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, super clean, great amenities. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. We’re certainly going back to Lisbon and the Ferraria is our place to stay.
