If you're looking for a budget stay, you can't go wrong with this place. The facilities are pretty basic - but you know that when you book, so no complaints there. It's very clean and quiet, the beds are comfy, and the location is fantastic, with easy access to the airport and the city centre.
Perfectly fine. You cannot hang anything, no hangers, nowhere really to put your personal clothing, and the sink & shower drains both need clearing, but overall, it's conveniently located and perfectly nice. The 24 hour key code check in is great.

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The bed was a very small double. The frame was an IKEA sofa bed that food out meaning every time you or your partner turned over it was noisy. The bathroom was very clean and tidy. The room itself is small. Very small with little to no storage for clothes etc.

You need a 6-digit code to be able to enter the building. We ended up receiving the wrong code and could not enter for about 10-15 minutes. The problem was resolved quick and we got sent the correct code. Property was overall okay, the kitchen was clean. Toilet paper was not re-stocked, so we had to buy on our own. Across from the hotel is an abandoned building, we were pretty sure someone was living there, but never saw them. Be cautious around the area of the hotel. Overall it doesn't really live up to my standards of a 3-star hotel, but it was fine.
The check in experience was terrible. There is no one on-site, you are meant to receive information only after paying the tax but they don’t tell you this until a few days prior to check-in, which means if you are travelling from outside of Europe you need data and possibly roaming requirements. The contact person was incredibly rude, very unhelpful, and disrespectful. I have never experienced such a rude and disorganized check-in process in my life. This process is not described in the hotel information online, so be warned. You will not be greeted by a human being.
Also of note, no elevator, so if you have lots of luggage please avoid this hotel. This too was not described in the hotel information.
The room was clean, the area was nice.
Despite those positives, the entire experience was ruined by the abysmal and rude check-in experience. I will never recommend this hotel, and Hotels.com should reconsider what information they share about this hotel.
Stayed in basement room. Place was dirty and stunk like cat pee/ mildew. Floor visibly dirty. Had to purchase air freshener for the room. Towels and linen stained. Not enough towels or toilet paper for 2 persons for 4 days. Issue with check in and code. There was no deadline to check in by, however, when we arrived at 11 pm were effectively locked out of our room. Phone number given for property was out of service. Had to google number for contact and they begrudgingly unlocked room. Place was okay location. Close to metro. Bed was relatively comfortable. Housekeeping was noisy at 8 am pounding on doors, changing garbages, talking etc. when we requested housekeeping no clean sheet or towels or toilet paper was provided. They only made the bed and changed the garbage.
Overall, one could say that for the price it is a good choice, as you will hardly find a room with a bathroom in that price range. However, be careful not to get rooms 3 or 5 as they have windows with bars at curb level. Ventilating or sleeping with the window open is therefore not a very good idea, and without the curtains drawn, you're like being in a shop window. Although it was declared that the room is cleaned every three days, it was not cleaned even once during the 6-day stay. The room was relatively small, which wouldn't have mattered if there was at least a small place to store clothes (at least a rack on the wall).
It's a good idea to organise your priorities before ordering. Price very good, transport accessibility too (between two metro stops), relatively quiet location, but this particular room would put me off in advance and I would look for another hotel.
As other reviewers write, cleanliness could be quite a bit better (stains on bed linens), cleaning could also be visible, not just hearable.
We enjoyed this place very much, short walking distance to bars and restaurants, place was very clean and quiet, about 20 minutes drive to LIS airport. We recommend this place 👌
Everything was more than perfect! Room was amazing clean and cosy. Contact with tenant was easy and sufficient. Location excellent, walking distance to metro or to the most popular sightseeing's sides.
No WiFi = no good on first night in a new country and trying to check/plan rest if stay.
Did not use in back end of holiday. Found something closer to airport with all of the listed amenities in working order.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Great price. Excellent service. Great bathroom and shower. Room was a bit smaller than expected. No closet or place to hang clothes.
The property was very nice, well located near downtown Lisbon and close to a Metro station. It took staff over 24 hours to send access code (since it’s fully automated) and they had to be called in order to see what was going on. Overall, the hotel and service was very good and comfortable and would recommend.
