I could not recommend this hotel enough if you intend to stay in the Hikone area. The hotel itself is surprisingly luxurious with great amenities and service. It's right outside of the Hikone castle area and you can get a great view of the castle and the surrounding areas basically at all times. It's also right near the Yumek

親切さが足りない。

チェックインの時にGO toトラベル 利用したかったのになんの説明がなくチェックアウトの時に聞いたらチェックインの日の22時までにフロントに言わなければ利用出来ないと言われ割引料金されなかった。客が聞く前に説明があってもいいのでは？4000円近く損した。その分夕食に回したのに！それに夕食、ホテルのレストランでと思ってたのに利用出来なくて外へ店を探しまくった。一人なのでなんとか利用させて欲しかった。

地元の食材満載の朝ごはんが美味しいです。また是非泊まりたいと思いました。

余りの暑さに、時間より早めでしたがチェックインをお願いしたところ、お部屋に通して頂き一休みできました。涼んで元気を取り戻し、観光再開！　本当に助かりました。 お部屋も綺麗、そして朝ごはんが大変美味しかったです根城の目の前、行きたかったお店も近くでとても満足しました。

コロナの影響もあり、朝食ビュッフェは無かったですが、満足に過ごせました。 近辺では比較的価格が高いのも納得できる快適さでした。浴場からは彦根城が見え、満足でした。 清潔度も問題ないと思います。

Can see the view of the castle when you are enjoying onsen and the longue bar. Room is very clean and tidy which gives you the feeling of relaxation and comfortable. Staff is very nice and friendly which say geetings for my birthday and prepare some gift which makes me feel surprised. Breakfast is very nice too which have lots of choices. Highly recommend to all of you! Will stay again next time when travel to Hikone!

朝食は品目数が多い割に、味は普通だった。安い部屋だとお城が見えない側になるかもしれない。お城に一番近いというのは真実と思うが、それでも歩くのには結構距離がある。自転車を無料で貸してくれる別のホテルがよいかもしれない。
