「The location is perfect—right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore. Our room was recently renovated, modern, and very comfortable.
What really stood out was the staff: exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful. On Saturday morning, when we discovered that airport taxis in Linlithgow need to be booked in advance, the hotel team stepped in and quickly helped us arrange one. Their support made a big difference to our trip.

「We stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful time, staff are so helpful and accommodating for anything we needed and friendly. Breakfast was nice and food places in the grounds are also good food my only thing I’d say is I needed more than 2 teabags a day but again could get some from breakfast area. The facilities around the park are amazing especially the waterside as there is a speedboat, pedalos and bumper boats cost £10.90 for all 3. On the down side, I was in room 244 and I think that you could do more to make the wee patio area more attractive as it is a brilliant asset but very underdeveloped. Additionally the shower room needs attention as there's a poor standard of finish which could be easily sorted out when it's next vacant. Overall, a really great stay!」
