「We were on a narrowboat vacation out of Falkirk and used this as our first night so we could get to the wheel early the next day. The host was great ("the secret to locking a door in the UK is to hold up on the handle while you turn the key") and there was a small Indian take-away shop a few doors down with good prices and friendly service- I now love Irn-Bru. Thanks to our host for a restful start to an excellent holiday.」

「The host was great. She worked very hard to get us in a little earlier and we appreciated it. Great little apartment in a really wonderful area. So close to the train and bus right across the street. Easy walk to the stores and cafes and also the beach. So much better than staying in the city. I met some of the nicest and most helpful locals. My only suggestion would be a better mattress. Really nice and very clean. Loved the kitchen. Thanks for a wonderful stay!」

「The appartement itself was well appointed and very comfortable, but our experience was negatively affected by an incident in the parking area. We were approached by a male individual who we could not identify as either a guest or a member of management. He berated us for how we had parked, speaking in a rude and intimidating manner. Had there been an issue with our parking, a polite explanation would have been appreciated. Instead, the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. As...
