「『リンリスゴー駅からF45 かF49バスで行くのでホテル最寄りのバス停を教えてね』とメールしたが、「乗務員にゆうたら近くで下ろしてくれます」との逃げ口上。再度『バス停名を教えてね』との丁寧督促も無視！どうもバスで来る客など眼中にない様子なのでタクシー利用をお奨めします。なおバス乗務員に尋ねても不明でしたのでボーネスのバスステーションで下車して歩こうとしたがかなりの坂道でシタクシーにてやっと到着。さて部屋へは階段を登り下り必要。なお寝具とタオルは清潔で暖房とシャワーの湯量には満足。」

And the Kelpies was supposed to be a 15 minute walk as advertised by everyone, but nothing is mentioned about how unsafe it is to walk areas that have no sidewalk. 「Clean and comfortable room with useful amenities like in-room electric kettle and hair dryer. The Breakfast buffet was excellent and staff were consistently polite and accommodating. The young lady who checked us in was personable and exceptionally helpful, particularly in attempting to resolve problems connecting our phones, iPads and laptop to the hotel's WiFi. Clearly though, there was something wrong with the hotel's WiFi hub(s) as we have not experienced difficulty at any of the 6 other...
