「『リンリスゴー駅からF45 かF49バスで行くのでホテル最寄りのバス停を教えてね』とメールしたが、「乗務員にゆうたら近くで下ろしてくれます」との逃げ口上。再度『バス停名を教えてね』との丁寧督促も無視！どうもバスで来る客など眼中にない様子なのでタクシー利用をお奨めします。なおバス乗務員に尋ねても不明でしたのでボーネスのバスステーションで下車して歩こうとしたがかなりの坂道でシタクシーにてやっと到着。さて部屋へは階段を登り下り必要。なお寝具とタオルは清潔で暖房とシャワーの湯量には満足。」

「Stayed at Premier Inn Grangemouth again and had another really positive experience. I stay here regularly, at least once a month, and it’s consistently a great standard. The hotel is clean and well looked after throughout, and the rooms are comfortable with everything I need. It also feels very reasonably priced for what you get. The standout is always the staff. Everyone is excellent, genuinely welcoming, and helpful from check-in onwards. Reliable, good value, and always a pleasant stay....

「夕方空港に着き、旅がレンタカー移動のため、翌日の動きの取れやすい、Ｍ９（日本の高速道路規格）の町にに近い町のホテルにしました。 当日、町でパレードがあり、前の道路が時間により通行止めになることを、事前にメールで連絡してくれました。 まて、駐車場のゲートが、指定された番号に携帯電話をかけるだけで開くことも、事前にメールで連絡してくれとても助かりました。 本当に親切な対応でした。 建物は歴史ある建物で、古いですが、改装された部屋は広く、快適でした。 キッチンなあり、必要なものは全て揃っておりました。 冷蔵庫には、翌朝の朝食用の卵が入っていました。 パンだけでなく、果物も用意されていました。 自分で朝食を作るのですが、IHのキッチンはとても使いやすかったです。 建物の入口や部屋は全てカードキーなので、アーリーチェックアウトも可能で、そのための、簡易なカード回収ボックスまで置いてありました。」

「We stayed at Pr.Inn Nth for a total of 7 nights whilst visiting relatives nearby. The receptionist (Kirsty) is our hero. She went over and above to help us with our inquiries re the local area, the local cemetery and the local council. We cant thank her enough. As well as helping me with my booking mistakes (on the internet) she was a mine of information re Scottish history and the area in general. To add to that, the breakfasts were great, taken in a very relaxing atmosphere and the staff there...
