Wonderful hotel just a few minutes walk from the Kelpies. Basic, no nonsense hotel, immaculately clean. Staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough to make you feel at home.

Stayed here a few times now and always know what to expect. No frills accommodation, with a warm welcome and nice clean rooms. Out of town so a quiet environment too. Good parking. Would recommend to stay.

We stayed overnight ahead of the Kelpies half marathon and in terms of location it was excellent with a 15 min walk to the Kelpies and dedicated parking outside the hotel. Facilities were pretty basic however the hotel and the room were clean and warm and for a one night stay it had everything required. One window in our room was stuck open which wasn't a huge issue but I imagine when the weather gets colder, it could be a problem.

The staff at reception were very helpful and extremely welcoming. Room was clean, lovely and warm and had everything we needed. Onsite carpark was good and close proximity to The Helix was great. Downside was there was no breakfast included, however that definitely wouldn't put us off going back and recommending this hotel to others 😁

Great location for Helix Park. Clean, fresh hotel with good sized room and showroom. Only 1 strange feature….there was nowhere to plug in the kettle other than sitting it on the floor!

Great staff and very clean hotel. Located in a industrial estate so need access to a car. Also there is no restaurant in the hotel, nearest McDonald's and M&S is around 3 mins drive or 10 min walk. Kelpies tourist attraction is 15mins walk which is very good.

The hotel was basic, clean-ish. Was glad was only there one night. The bed and towel were clean so that was fine. The receptionist was lovely and helpful- that was the highlight of the hotel!
