「The location nd space was amazing…but it was the stellar staff that get the top notch accolades. They were all so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to the time we left. And not just doing little things, but things rarely done now. They happened to ask about our plans for the day and when they heard we had a full day travel trip they made us a goodie bag with treats and apples. I found everything about this stay to be wonderful and look forward to a return!」
「While it was on a busy street and difficult to find where to park, the manager was amazing and helped us with our suitcases. The rooms are located above the restaurant and there is no elevator but it was only one flight of stairs. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. There is no A/C so it was a little hot because we couldn't open the window.」
「We had an excellent stay at The Resident in Edinburgh. The staff were absolutely fantastic! Friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was spotless and had a fresh, clean scent, which we really appreciated. We even had a lovely view of Edinburgh Castle right from our window!
The hotel is located in New Town, which gave us a peaceful retreat away from the heavier tourist crowds but still within easy walking distance to everything. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!」
