My family and I had a wonderful time visiting Kapa’a and were very impressed with the accommodations at The Waipouli Outrigger as well as the grounds. It is a beautiful resort that has beautiful beaches feet from the resort. Our condo was clean and equipped with everything needed for our stay. The pool area was beautiful and the towel service was hassle free. Also the in room washer and dryer were life savers!

Such a cool property! Dining was fantastic. We enjoyed the pool and beach on property. Staff were super friendly. We will be back!

The staff was not helpful at all. Very rude. For a place like Hawaii I haven't seen such bad hospitality. Additionally, the pools and all common amenities are unavailable till 9 AM local time. Most travelers come from a different time zone and have young kids who wake up early. Having access to these facilities earlier in the morning would have been super helpful.
