「Everything was great. Great location right by the beach, perfect for watching sunrise!」

「The room was bigger than we expected. Very clean. We rarely used the AC as the room stayed cool. Not a lot of noise from other suites although roosters and traffic could be a problem for light sleepers. Wifi was not great so wouldn’t recommend for those who are working remotely, but location was great and would stay again!」

「Check in was clear and easy; condo was conveniently located to so much on the south shore! We especially loved walking to Baby Beach. The kitchen was well stocked, bed was very comfortable and the property was fun to explore. 」

「Dave's home was absolutely amazing. The place was perfect for my family and had everything we needed. It was very clean as well. We woke up each morning to see the sunrise and loved every second of being there. Dave was also very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Thank you so much and we hope to return again someday!」

「Great wifi. Clean property. Kitchen amenities were a little lacking (no wrap, foil, or zip bags). All other amenities were plenty. 」

「Parking was easy, air conditioned wasn’t as cold as we thought it could be. Room wasn’t very clean, the closet had a lot of sand in t. The bathroom even had some feces on the floor, and the dishes were wet, like they were just rinsed and put away.」

「This place was amazing! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Went with my 75 YO mom with mobility issues and she had no trouble at all! We enjoyed the pool and lazy river daily! Great morning sunrise location. The location of the rental was great, easy to get to any location. Beds were comfortable, plenty of beach supplies and grocery store across the street. Property owner was easy to get ahold of when we had WiFi troubles. Thank you for a great stay, made my mom's bucket. list of going...
