「ホスピタリティが素晴らしく、 あまり英語が話せなくてもスタッフは優しいですし リクエストや相談はvirtual担当のKaiくんに SMSを返信すると全て対応してくれました。 彼は滞在前からメッセージをくれていつも支えてくれている感じです。 プールバーのハッピーアワーはギリギリに滑り込んだところ普通のお値段設定になってしまったようで、そこは残念に思いましたが 他はパーフェクトに素晴らしかったです。 GW後だったからか日本の方はほとんど見かけなかったです。」

「The overall stay would rate a D- The beginning was the worst part. They seemed to not have us registered?? Not sure but they had us take a seat and then took over 20 minutes to check in and we got there at 5:30pm. Check in is at 4pm. Once we got our keys and went up and tv was blasting a kids show and doors were open. Brought up the concerns to the folks at the front and didn’t seem to care nor offered anything besides we “checked it out and everything is fine”. We asked for a different room...

「The resort is lovely, the onsite restaurant was exceptional! The unit we stayed in, sadly, needs a lot of updates and general cleaning. The kitchen was poorly stocked, the furniture old and worn. We would stay there again, but in a different unit. 」
