「We stayed for 2 nights visiting Florence. Lovely hotel, delux king room was very large with beautiful modern ensuite bathroom. Tea/coffee facilities and large wardrobe in separate dressing room. Nice and quiet hotel in quiet area which was restful after busy days sight seeing. Quite a walk to the tram stop 15 mins but there are buses too. One small recommendation would be have soft music on in the breakfast room as it was too quiet to talk in there openly but besides this very minor point loved...

「Das Zimmer war sehr sauber groß und ruhig. Man konnte gut parken und sehr unkompliziert mit dem Bus in die Stadt fahren. (Mit der Haltestelle direkt ums Eck)」

「We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel is new and everything was clean and proper. Super close to the tram so it is very convenient and easy to get to the city center. The elevator wasn't working properly when we were there, but there aren't too many stairs so it wasn't an issue for us. I was worried at first because there aren't any reviews here but don't let that fool you! I would highly recommend to stay here, we absolutely loved it and the cleanliness of the place! 」

「Our second time here…love this hotel…nice quiet neighborhood but close enough to walk to everything. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Francesco in Alesso restaurant was so delightful. Will definitely go back highly recommend」

「Location was perfect, staff was kind in helping reserve taxis or shuttle, food for a Michelin star restaurant was well below expectation for breakfast and dinner. Rooms were a bit tight and not setup for two people, more a solo traveler setup. Common areas and pool were very nice.」

「フィレンツェらしい雰囲気を感じられるホテルで、とてもよかったです。朝食は7時から、チェックアウトは11時までなので、朝もゆっくり過ごせます。駅からは徒歩15分ほどで少し距離があります。フィレンツェの道は石畳が多いため、大きな荷物がある場合は移動が少し大変かもしれません。」
