"We spend 4 nights here. Odette was reachable, helpful and responsive to all questions. Check in was seamless even after hours and check out was simple. Very quiet street, 20 -25min walk to the city centre. Tram stop from Santa Maria Novella station was so close by. Only suggestion would be for them to add a mattress topper for a more comfortable sleep. Bed was too firm for us."
