If you like a short walk, quiet, clean but nothing fancy, this is a great spot. Our room was probably the smallest; with basically a bed and well maintained bathroom. When we travel we basically only use the room to sleep and clean up; so it was perfect for us.

Host was excellent-very friendly and helpful and responded quickly through WhatsApp. Check in instructions were very clear. Room was very clean, bathroom was newer but compact. 10 min walk from train, so some train noise in room if you are a light sleeper-didn't bother us. Appreciated the light breakfast-fruit, yogurt, toast, packaged pasties and drinks.

Neighbourhood location was not very desirable.

Happy with apartment but the neighbourhood location was not very desirable. This was not evident from the information provided on Hotel.com website.

The location was perfect for exploring Florence but also a great base for our early morning start the following day at the train station. The hotel was quiet and I always managed to get a good sleep. The bed was made for me for every night. The bathroom was clean and they had free snacks which came in handy. Overall very decent stay.

Great little B&B

This is a perfect little B&B for a budget stay in Florence. It’s about 10 minutes walk from the train station and 20 from the Uffizi gallery. Everything is spotlessly clean and the breakfast supply is plentiful. There is even a kettle and little fridge. Would definitely recommend.

Şehir merkezine yürüyerek yarım saat. Evin dışı eski, asansör yok. 2. katta. Odalar gösterildiği gibiydi. yataklar gıcırtılı ve rahatsızdı. Kahvaltısı İtalya standartlarında gayet iyi. Ev sahipleri gayet güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Çok da nazikler. Sevdik ama çok da memnun kalmadık.

Geen aanrader! Opdringerige gastheer voorafgaand aan check-in via whatsapp, maar op zich wel vriendelijk. B&B niet bereikbaar gezien werken in de straat en onveilige stationsbuurt (zou hier als vrouw zeker niet alleen over straat lopen in het donker). Gemeenschappelijke keuken wel praktisch maar rommelig en niet uitnodigend om te ontbijten. Triestig verpakt ontbijt op kamer desondanks gastheer elke ochtend wel aanwezig is in de accommodatie lijkt het een kleine moeite om vers ontbijt te voorzien voor gasten. Wij hebben uit noodzaak in de stad ontbeten. Kamer lijkt studentikoos, hard oncomfortabel bed en linnen met vlekken. Matig tot niet functionerende airconditioning. Luidruchtig appartement: je hoort de andere gasten goed. Nette maar erg kleine badkamer. Kortom, scherp geprijsde b&b voor een stad als Firenze maar desondanks komen wij hier zeker niet meer terug.

Positive: Friendly and helpful host. good location 10-15 minutes walk from Santa Maria train station. Tram stop closeby.Bust station is also very close. Negative: The entrance of the flat is on the narrow alley which is not prominent. Breakfast is not served by anyone in the dinning area.you just take food ( mainly bakery stuff) to have with tea.we had our breakfast in our room as the dinning area was hot(no air con) There is no lift and it was a struggle to take luggage on the second floor. I wouldn’t say it’s value for money as I paid the similar amount for 4 start hotel in Milan.

Wonderful stay

The room and bathroom were both very clean. Bathroom was very modern. Located in a quieter area but still an easily walkable distance to the centre. The owners were also very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again

Ótimo - Não tem estacionamento próprio.

Ótima estadia, o Filippo nos recebeu muito bem e subiu as nossas malas pesadas até o segundo andar rapidamente. O ar condicionado as vezes parava de funcionar mas não sofremos pois o tempo estava ameno. Mas as instalações são ótimas. Não tem estacionamento como descrito.

Friendly and comfortable stay

During the 3 days the staff from the BnB was really helpful and explained all the details and doubts that we have from our trip. The room is quiet clean and organized which is always appreciated. Food at the breakfast is enough to start the day. We got an issue with the strong box and they resolved in less than half hour. Gracias!
