Clean room. Super basic! I rate this a 1 star below a Holiday Inn Express. Great location with access to everything. Just plan to walk to Walgreens for ground coffee, bottle water, and bring your own soap/shampoo. Basic but clean.

Great communication. Love the Jockey club. Even easier check in when dealing with an owner. Best location on the strip. Get to use the cosmo pool. Elevator straight into the heart of the cosmo casino!

The check in process was pretty easy. Just go to the security and they check you in and out. The location is great and easy to walk everywhere. If you stay at the rental, remember to take your own body wash, lotion, and bathroom stuff. The hotel housekeeping doesnt clean the room for you or give you extra towels. They will tell you to call front desk because your room is private own. My husband didn't like the bed. We kept sliding in the middle of the bed. Frank was a great help.

Wonderful hidden gem

We lived out stay and will definitely be back next year. The room was quiet and clean. It is close to everything. We were able to use amenities at Cosmopolitan ans had an elevator that took us straight to the casino. Parking was easy.

Perfect for what we want, superb location, lots of storage, kitchen, access to Cosmopolitan pool. This was our 4th time staying here. Nice to see lots of improvements have been made too- comfy new bed, new lighting and bathroom improvements. Always great communication and Frank is responsive and helpful. Our top choice for Vegas.

Home from home in the heart of Vegas

Frank's place feels like your own condo, right in the heart of the Strip, walking distance to everything, but secluded enough that you can have a restful sleep! Super spacious, super clean, and has a fully equipped kitchen, allbeit a little dated, everything worked fine and we were able to cook breakfast each day! Ample space and a walk-in wardrobe! We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.. thanks Frank :)

Clean, quiet, great location. Close to cvs and Walgreens for needed essentials. Cons no freezer for our ice and lighting could be better. Check in is with Security not main check in window. Would book again whenever we stay in Vegas!!!!

Great location on the strip

My wife and I stayed 3 days and had a wonderful stay. Jockey club is a little hard to find and you cannot use a ride share from here but we were very close to Cosmopolitan garage area. Listing pictures are not up to date but just different furniture which did not take away from stay. View out window is a/c vents of hotel next door. Noisy but not overly loud. Great location makes up for everything else. Comfortable bed and nice tv in sitting area. Would stay again.

The jockey club was close to EVERYTHING! The bed was comfortable and room was clean, but there was some sort of smell. If you are looking for a view, this is not the place to stay. If you want close to everything, it’s great!

Great location great place

If you are looking for a great location at an affordable price this is it. The property manager was great. We had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The bed was INCREDIBLE. I slept amazingly. The room was impeccably clean. Easy walk to the best casinos. Uber pick up is 2 minutes from the room. You will need to bring your own body wash and other products but that was no big deal. All in all we will definitely be back. We dont spend much time in our room when we come into town but it would not have been an issue to do so. Thank you for your hospitality, Frank. Can't wait to come back.

The property was a great location. We stayed here in January. The pool was open year round and is heated. The hot tub is also year round. There was not a lot of instruction on how this worked so we struggled a bit at the beginning. You need to park in an area that I think states is parking for somewhere else, then walk in to get your keys. We stayed for 8 days/7 nights. Half way through our key stopped working, but they quickly reprogrammed us new ones.The parking garage was easy to find, but the instructions on the key pad were not as easy. We had to insert our key card into the MGM Rewards slot, not the place where it says room key. This took us 3 days before someone pointed that out to us. Made it a lot easier. The location is very central located. Easy to get to the strip and busses. The monorail is hard to find

Great Location/Nice Place

Awesome location, basically right on the strip. The condo was nice, but there’s a couple of little issues that needed to be repaired. The microwave door wouldn’t latch, and the shower/tub drained very slow. We were ankle deep in water after a shower. I emailed the owner to let him know, and he thanked me and said he already knew about the issues. I’m thinking he should’ve been more diligent getting them repaired. That being said, it didn’t affect our stay, and the owner was very good with communication before and after our stay. I would definitely recommend the place.

Checked in at 9pm and found a multitude of issues. Had a long day so stayed and checked out by 9am the next morning. The faucet in the bathroom had dried soap on it, the bath enamel is flaking, the wood trim around the bottom of the bath is rotting and is pulling off and there is mold in behind the toilet. All the woodwork is very dirty and needs a deep clean. The bedroom had huge piles of dust under the bed, as well as some rubbish, the mattress and the pillows are stained/soiled. The cooktop foils were dirty also. i contacted the owner and after a couple of emails had the rest of our stay refunded. Would be a nice place to stay if the unit was updated and deep cleaned. The location is amazing.
