「It was my first visit to Sarasota where we held a family event. Great location to restaurants, beaches and shops. Property is well appointed and as advertised. Chris is a kind and communicative host. Thumbs up from everyone during our stay」

「We really enjoyed our time here. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. It was also very convenient to have 3 bathrooms. The location was very convenient, close to so much and steps from the beach. The only things I would recommend is to replace the stained rug and add some lamps in the living room. It was so dark since there is no lighting at all. It would also be helpful to have a binder with all of the info needed like where to access the beach, the code to the beach...

「We absolutely loved this property! It was perfect for us. The beach access is right across the street and the pool was perfection. We even enjoyed the rainy days sitting in the chairs on our patio. The beds were comfortable and I wanted to take that shower home with me. The landscaping lights wouldn’t turn on, so it would be nice if that was fixed for our next stay because it would make an even better atmosphere for nighttime dips in the spa. 「We had a wonderful stay. Jim was always available and was on top of everything. Had books of recommendations. House couldn’t be in a better location. Wake up and see the Gulf with dolphins swimming while having your morning coffee is how every morning should start. House was great and held 2 families of 4 very comfortably. Pool was great and right next to the house. We felt like we were the only ones on the beach. Loved our stay and will definitely come again. 」
