When i went to the lobby to see if they had bottled water. The virtual person said” no but we have a water fountain” 」

「I'm not sure what was deluxe about our room, although that's what I booked. In the description it read balcony and black out curtains. Neither were true. We had flimsy blinds that hardly kept out the light from the light on the door. The bed and pillows were sub par. 」
