"We came to Sarasota to celebrate my MIL’s 95th birthday. She resides at the Sarasota Bay club which is .6m from the property so it was very convenient. We found the property to clean and in good order. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, the AC worked well and the exterior was well lighted at night."

"We loved this home. Great central location! Easy to get where we wanted to go. Depending on traffic it’s 10-15 minutes to both Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota. St Armand’s circle is right there too. We drove about 30 minutes down to Venice beach and up north to Anna Maria Island is about an hour. This property is on a quiet dead end street. That’s a huge plus. Publix grocery store is about 10 minutes away and there are wonderful coffee shops to find. Our favorite by far was Perq. Our favorite...

"Wonderful stay, Sue thought of all the amenities to make it an enjoyable stay without having to think of what to bring. Beach chairs, umbrella,cooler,travel cart! Everything was fully stocked. The walk to the beach was a short 4 minutes down your side street! Location was easy proximity to Dr. Armand's, Downtown Sarasota. Enjoyed walking to paddle boarding at Mangroves right down the road. Ebike tour at Myakka state park and eating at great restaurants within walking distance or a quick drive."

"The room was great! Comfy beds, very clean, cold ait with a dehumidifier and worked well for our family of 4! The hotel itself was nice. Restaurant food was very good (recommended the fish and chips!) and the kids loved the pool. The only complaint is the not so appealing clientele that hang out in the parking lot soliciting. Notified the front desk and they advised they had security on site, but we never saw them."

Had coffee every morning by the pool while watching fish jump in the intercoastal water way.
