Comfortable and Quiet

Stayed at this property for Memorial Day weekend. The accommodations were clean and very well stocked. My wife and I stayed with our adult children and we had a great time. Plenty of linens and towels. The property was minutes away from Publix, Walmart and the boat ramp we used to get out on the water. We will definitely stay at this property again!!

comfortable, spacious house in beautiful surroundings

The house is located in a well-maintained complex with a central pool and other sporting facilities. Taking over and communicating with the landlady was easy. All utensils for the kitchen and bathroom are available. I felt very comfortable and will come back

Overall Enjoyable

The unit was showing some wear but was comfortable and quiet. Unfortunately the floor was pretty dirty. We don’t wear shoes inside but we did after the bottoms of our feet were blackened within 10 min. after arriving.

Great stay

We have stayed in this community before and we enjoy the quiet atmosphere. This condo is close to the pool, definitely walking distance even for younger kids. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is great for our family of 4.

We enjoyed every moment of it. Beautiful house with updated bathrooms! We got everything we wanted. Owner Beya is the best, she’ll answer any of ur questions and respond right away. Definitely planning to come back. .

Lovely stay- didn’t want to leave.

This was my first time using Vrbo and I could not have been happier with the experience. We arrived a few hours early, the property manager was kind enough to let us drop off our bags so we could explore. The house was exactly as the pictures, clean, well kept And accommodating. Quiet neighborhood and just lovely, convenient to everything and all the amenities! The only complaint is the beds were a little uncomfortable, but other than that- everything was perfect.

We stayed here 4/5-4/7 2021. The first thing i noticed everything is super clean. Spotless.the place has everything u need.so many extra lines and beds and towels.beach toys, umbrellas and chairs you can borrow.kitchen is fully equipped to any of your cooking needs.grill near the clubhouse. It’s beautiful and peaceful plays to stay away from the crowded beach in siesta key. The location is perfect. 4miles to siesta key. But everything u need is nearby.grocery stores and gas stations and hundreds of restaurants off tamiami trail. The host is amazing. During our stay there is little incident with the garage door. The owner of the property is the easiest person you can deal with in any my vrbo and expedia experienced. She is so nice and she make sure everything is fine during our stay. Kudus to the cleaning lady. The house is super clean!!!

Great Place - Highly Recommend

We stayed two weeks in February and would have stayed longer if it was available. We loved everything about it. The condo was exactly as represented in the pictures and was very clean. It's in a great location - close to shopping, beaches, and restaurants. The unit is across the street from the clubhouse and pool and very close to the tennis courts. Great views of the pond from the living area and lanai. Bea (owner) is very nice and responds quickly if needed. I highly recommend.

Not bad.

Overall a nice place in a safe neighborhood. However, several small things made the stay a little inconvenient. 1. The master bathroom was missing a glass door making it difficult to shower without getting water everywhere. 2. Light not working in master bathroom. 3. Remote to DVD player did not work. 4. Batteries in 2 remotes were bad. 5. TV did not work in second bedroom. 6. Floors were filthy.

Ok

Rented this home for my in-laws to smooth the transition in their move from out of state. They arrived at the end of a tropical storm. There were two active roof leaks on their arrival. One window was partially open on their arrival and would not close. The AC was not on. I was soo embarrassed as this unit got really good reviews. The owner was prompt in her responses. However she was apparently annoyed at my husband when he expressed the inconvenience of an AC repair at midnight and hung up on him.

A very nice much needed get away

Thank you Beba so much for offering your home as a vacation rental, we enjoyed our stay @ your very peaceful home - All amenities we needed were at our fingertips, beautiful area perfect location, comfy beds, ample space for my Mother with mobility issues, and the best jacuzzi where we all relaxed at the end of the days. We had a wonderful time! :)

Great getaway

My family came down to Sarasota to see family. As my wife and I had to work remotely, we needed a private space away from the family, but near enough to the Palmer Ranch area to get the kids to their grandparents. The Villa was a wonder place to stay and work during our time. Quiet and peaceful, yet close to the Turtle Rock complex and a short drive from Siesta Key and downtown. This was a great place for us. Well stocked with amenities, it was even nice to a garage to park the car.

Great neighborhood and location.

While the location and neighborhood was wonderful, the rental property was not quite what I had hoped for. Specifically the lanai was unusable as is due to the furniture. The cushions were outright disgusting and the lanai hadn’t been cleaned in I don’t know how long. We used the broom to clean and beach towels to cover the torn cushions. Once cleaned the lanai was enjoyable, but a privacy shrub would have been appreciated as other folks were always visible on their lanai. Honestly it was gross. Additionally the dishwasher didn’t work and every towel, washcloths, etc was ancient. This was the firs VRBO that I was less than thrilled.
