「We were a group of 2 families, 5 adults and 4 children, and stayed for 5 nights at VOI hotel. As the name shows, it is managed by Italian company, and all the guests except us were Italians, I guess. But overall, we have enjoyed our staying so much. The hotel staff are all friendly (but not over-friendly), and they remembered our names and call us by names, which made me feel that I am an important guest. The location is just great. It is next to the beautiful white sand beach on the east...

「食事、サービス含めて、非常に良かったです。ストーンタウンの往復もアレンジしてくれました。好きな時間に出発し、自分達で自由にストーンタウンを見て周り、数時間したら元の場所に戻り、ホテルまで送迎してくれました。別途料金はかかりましたが、ツアーよりお得でした。北のナングイビーチには歩いて行けます。ただ、北側は藻が多く、ホテルの前のビーチが一番綺麗でした。ホテルの前のビーチで充分でした。プールも複数あり、楽しめました。食事はビーチでのブュッフェが開催される、生演奏等が毎日催され、飽きませんでした。 Uberとboltは使えなかったので、ホテルに送迎を頼むのが無難かと思います。なお、空港からは各ホテルへの送迎があり、こちらの方が安いです。」

This 5-star luxury hotel delivers on every level, from the exceptional staff training to the impeccable cleanliness, high-quality dining, and the sheer comfort of the rooms. The 24-hour security also ensured we felt safe at all times. I stayed for four nights and had the most unforgettable time. I can confidently say this is an experience I will cherish for a lifetime."

"This is my second stay at this hotel (the first stay was in 2020). They prepared the annex which is a bit far from main building. It is just 2-3minutes, but the restaurant and bar is at the main. (I don't know how is in the main building, but) the room of annex have no mosquito net even in Zanzibar (they said it is OK to other customers... really?). So, I needed to turn on air conditioner all time, and it made me shivering all night (air conditioner worked good enough). I wonder you can spend comfortably in this situation. And more, stairs of the annex were not stable as in my country (Japan), so I always fell down. You can enter the main building free (without showing the key or something), and this means outsider can go inside easily. OK, this is in Zanzibar, Tanzania!!"
