"Awesome experience and amazing foods no matter the dinner and the breakfast they never let you down. Staff will guide you through the hotel and the amenities. I got there late around 8:00-8:30pm but they still let us get the dinner. Highly recommend "

"Genuinely one of my favorite stays. The view was incredible. The morning of our stay, we wake up walk out to the slider and have an amazing view of a calm lake with mt Fuji in the background. The appliances and projector were of great quality, and the private onsen/sauna combo was perfect. Would stay again next time we are in tokyo."

"Had a great 1 night stay with the wife and 2 teenagers in a Premier Deluxe Japanese Western room. Booked this as the one expensive special treat night for this trip. Room was clean, in excellent condition, very spacious and looked just like the photos on the website. The room having its own outdoor private onsen bath was fabulous. Dinner was excellent with every course looking and tasting amazing. Breakfast was also good with lots of options for the buffet. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Just what I was hoping our stay would be like."

"We had a wonderful two-night stay at Hakone Yutowa. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the Hakone-Gora station. The hotel offers a calm, pleasant atmosphere with beautiful greenery and trees throughout the grounds. While communication in English was occasionally a challenge, the staff remained incredibly friendly and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed both the public and private onsens. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped. The complimentary snacks and beverages were also a fantastic perk that added extra value to our stay, along with the restaurant onsite."

"Pros: -Staff were all very friendly and helpful -The room was very impressive -The view from the rooms and hotel are stunning -Transportation is available at the hotel if needed -beds are very comfortable compared to other places I’ve stayed at in japan Cons: -It’s a bit of a drive if you want to get to any of the towns nearby, but that seclusions from them also has its own charm to it Overall I loved this hotel and it’s been my favorite in Japan so far so I had to give it 5 stars "
