"Great hotel to stay at! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and being connected to the airport was super convenient the night before an international flight. I had luggage forwarded to the hotel and was promptly notified when it arrived. My daughter loved the little children’s amenity it. The breakfast buffet was a very crowded, but the staff handled it well and the food was good. Will definitely stay here again."

"Loved this stay minus the incredibly small rooms (which I knew I’d get for the price). Very accommodating staff and spoke great English. The amenities were great and it was a prime location! The traditional Japanese onsen was my favourite part. Beautiful space and well maintained. Very happy with our stay!"

"From check in to check out our stay was great. Friendly staff and everything was clean. My only warning is the bathroom is not a Shower / tub combo, however a separate bathtub with a shower head separate from the tub. You need to be strategic to have a shower / wash hair that is typical for western bathing / showering. "
