「My 1st review was removed and the property telephoned me on my private cell phone to basically "tell me off" - contravening the privacy policy of Expedia. The property itself was fine. The suite was clean, spacious, nicely furnished, and very quiet. My only concern was this hotel had no staff and no office. I booked by Expedia under the term "Hotel", and received a message asking me to fill out and sign 3 forms which I did and then provide a $350 refundable deposit which I did as well. I then...

「Room was absolutely dirty, the floors were sandy, found a pair of women’s underwear in the corner as well. The walls appeared to be dirty at the tops as well, the AC needed a filter to be replaced. The bathroom was stocked with one roll of toilet paper. Would not recommend this motel to anyone. We thought we were saving money booking this motel… spend the extra few bucks to get a hotel.」

「Biggest problem was the housekeeping. We had full trash cans the whole visit, it never got taken out. When we first arrived we were warned they were out of towels, but that they would bring us some when their linens got in. Well we didn’t get towels until the next night. We had to use our beach towels after showering which was less than ideal. Admittedly, it’s hard to keep a hotel right next to the beach clean, but we had wet towels on the floor of our room from day one that were never collected...

「Air conditioner was great, parking was great, the room had kitchenette with hot plate and cooking dishes. We had a dog with us. There were extra towels, coffee supplies in office entrance. Ice machine was good. A lot of stores, restaurants and even the Heart of Manteo festival park within short walking distance.」
