「I liked everything about the Lodge, friendly staff, excellent service. The hot tub was excellent too. It is nice and quiet here too. I will definitely rebook in the future.」
「Freindly staff, room was cozy had everything that was needed although bed was a little hard for my likeing but thats just personal choice,breakfast was probly best ive had in any hotel, hotel is close to local pubs,diners infact everything ,will definetly be using again.」
「An eccentric small hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. There is no aircon so some of the rooms can be difficult to keep cool in sunny weather. The breakfast is menu based rather than a buffet and is very good although I would reccomend giving the cafetiere coffee a miss and going for something from the esspresso machine which is much better. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent although, like so many places there was over loud and completely un neccessary...

「I really liked this, used to live in Whitby so like coming home. The food is excellent apart from Trenchers which was down on last years although the service was good.
My bedroom was superb - beautifully done using all options there for you.

「A truely lovely pitstop. I was made to feel really welcome from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. Only slight downside was there was no phone signal and the wifi was sketchy, but absolutely perfect to get away from it all. Located in a beautiful area for walking/running/cycling」
