「Very comfortable with an excellent spa and pool. Breakfast is amazing. We regularly book here as a base for runs on the North York Moors and it works brilliantly. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make everything work for early start.」

「I had an amazing time staying there, very clean, staff were amazing and so helpful. Richard was absolutely fantastic. I am so grateful for the chance of staying there. Location is super convenient. I will definitely come back. Thank you」

「What a lovely hotel, the room was lovely and breakfast very good. We ate in the restaurant, the food was very good, service a little slow」

「Highly recommend Great Location Friendly and Outgoing Staff! Thanks again!」

「ミンスタービューに泊まりましたが改装中であまりいい景色ではなかった。それを通常の価格だと不満かな。スタッフは何きいても助けてくれて親切だった。部屋は価格に見合ってない」

「Gorgeous looking hotel. Already lovely but excited to see it when their plans to gain a 4th star come to fruition. My only qualms are rather thin walls to the next bathroom (you can hear the next rooms shower power unit) and the ventilation (weather was low 20s but room got full sun and with no air con it was very hot, even with windows fully open). Otherwise, tasteful decor, a really nice restaurant with super food and a beautiful location.」

「The room and hotel worked for what it was offering! I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the door to the room I was staying in wasn’t working properly so I did run into some minor issues there. Other than that, it was very smooth sailing! Would recommend!」

「We had a one night stop here in October. The room had been redecorated reasonably recently, the bathroom also looked very modern, all very clean. A new mattress wouldn't go amiss though. The staff were very friendly and helpful, for our evening meal we had a pizza, which was ok, it was tasty and very filling. We didn't have breakfast so cant comment. The absolute best thing about this hotel is sitting outside the front having a drink and admiring a stunning view! That alone would bring us...

「街中まで歩いて行けるので便利 朝食に地元の料理が選択でき、味もよかった」

「Second stay at this hotel and room was very clean with a large bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good but coffee could have been hotter. Bar area was good with plenty of choice of drinks. Located in a nice quiet and secluded venue and ideal for visiting York and surrounding area.」

「Overall the place was clean and tidy, but we did notice the cooker hood needed a good clean as it was greasy and sticky. Also the lights over the hot tub weren’t working properly. We also found the controls for the hot tub didn’t work properly. We enjoyed our stay and it had all the amenities people need.」
