"Nice hotel. Great ambiance in the lounge, dining room and patio. Room was very hot and the bathroom smelled of stale urine. Carpet in our room old and noted several bugs running across the floor during our stay."

"Lovely hotel, rooms a bit old fashioned but very clean and exceptionally good value for what we paid. We didn’t partake in breakfast or dinner as we had friends staying nearby and we ate out with them but we did purchase teas and coffees which were good. We will definitely be visiting again soon!"

"We recently stayed at the York Minster hotel for 5 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is nice and in a quiet neighborhood. The room was clean and tidy but the walls seem to be thin because we constantly heard our neighbors above us slamming their door and walking across the floor. That was a minor inconvenience to a very nice stay."
