「A lovely cottage in a great location. The cottage has everything you need and the bedrooms are a good size too. There are several uneven, steep steps walking up to the cottage so I wouldn’t recommend it to people who are unsteady on their feet. The owners left some biscuits and milk on the fridge which was a nice gesture. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future when visiting Whitby.」

「Absolutely lovely stay at this property. We were only there for 1 night but can't reccommend enough. Tea, coffee and biscuits were left in the kitchen for us. TV in the living room was smart TV and there was a TV in both bedrooms. Beds were a tiny bit springy but still comfortable. Shower downstairs is a bit dated but still useable. Incredibly clean though absolutely no complaints on that front. Property manager was in touch and easy to contact. Some might be confused by the parking situation...

「Having stayed there for the second time this year and numerous occasions in the last 49 years , This stay was special the only downside for me is the stairs leading to the apartment, perhaps next time I should book the ground floor one as my wife has MS , apart from this it was a perfect stay .」

「Fletcher's Rest was a lovely spot to stay. We really loved having a whole home to ourselves. Our host was very thoughtful and her communication was excellent. Fletcher's Rest is in an excellent location and we were easily able to walk into town. The only, minor drawback was that the duvet was a bit too small for the bed and didn't provide much cover when you rolled over, also, more than four cups, spoons, bowls, etc would be nice for a family of four so you aren't always needing to clean...
