Nice stay (if you need to be in central Middlesbrough). The car park is a bit tight, but it has a decent breakfast and pool. Close to city centre if you need to get a late night Parmo fix.

Room was a little dusty- definitely needed a wipe down, especially the table tops and phone. There was no air conditioning, which was a shock. We requested soap which never came. As a result, we didn't bother asking for bath towel as they only gave us one. That being said, the breakfast was nice as were the staff in the breakfast area.
